This variety of fingerlings includes reds, oranges, yellows, whites. They have been cured for sweetness and will keep for several weeks at room temp and moderate humidity or for several months at 55 degrees F. If there is a particular color you desire in bulk tell Kirk to let us know and we will list them if we have them. All grown without any pesticides, herbicides or artificial fertilizers.
