The Gardener's table is located in lincoln county on a 3rd generation 5-acre farm with 1-1/2 acres under production. Using intensive growing techniques and permaculture principles.
I work with nature as much as possible. Leaving wild spaces and growing plants that attract beneficial insects for pest control.
I focus on humus build up in the soil by adding organic matter, biodynamic preperations, and mycorrhizae fungi. Which means my plants are fertilized by a full range of readily available macronutrients, micronutrients, and trace minerals.
All this means is i dont have to use ANY conventional pesticides or fertilizers to produce beautifull nutritious food. Healthy tasty food that produces healthy happy people.
