Sunshine Cove Farm - SHCF

Sunshine Cove Farm is a small, cerified organic family farm in Boone, NC, owned and operated by Jill and David Nicklaw (with a little help from young Olivia and Jack).  We specialize in Micro Greens, Petite Greens, and other unique varieties for discerning chefs in North Carolina.  We offer several different mixes, as well as individual varieties and seasonal offerings.  Or let us provide a "signature mix" for your kitchen on a weekly basis.  Our product is so fresh that it will easily keep for a week or more.
