Smitty's Farm - SMTF

Smitty’s, is a family farm located in the Mountains of Madison County, they have been on our property since 2001. Over the past 10 years Sabrina and Rob have been inching their way towards becoming full time farmers. They currently grow Shiitake Mushrooms on Oak Logs; their property is ideally suited for this type of farming. Their logs cure for a year, in a mature hard wood forest before they are ready for fruiting. They are currently working on other varieties of mushrooms and will be offering various types of produce throughout the year. All our products are grown chemical free.
