Muddy Creek Farm - MDCF

Muddy Creek Farm belongs to Patrick and Mary Stephens.  Our farm is located just inside Burke County beside Muddy Creek which is aptly named.  Our mushroom farming started out as a hobby but has progressively grown into a farm business.  We have recently moved the Mushroom logs into a hoophouse, this will enable us to have mushrooms more months out of the year.  We have added fresh seasonal produce too.  We are passionate about growing good food for our customers to eat.
