Manoah Farm - MNHF
When it comes to traditional family farming, it doesn't get any better than Manoah Farms. This farm, in Old Fort NC, has been in Rhonda Seaman's family for 5 generations, and a part of Farmers Fresh Market for 3 years. They have been growing a variety of potatoes, peppers, eggplant, okra, watermelon, sweet potatoes,peas, and pumpkins. They also have a small beef operation. The Seamans are a homeschooling family, with 4 helpers. They cherish their family values and self sustainance. In Rhonda's words, "A good meal is when we can say everything on the table came from the farm!"
