GalloLea Organics Pizza Kit - GLOR

GalloLea Organics, located in Asheville, North Carolina make Pizza Kits: whole wheat, gluten free, and low sodium whole wheat. The Pizza Kit makes homemade, fresh pizza in 30 minutes. 

The kit includes dough mix and pizza sauce for 12" pizzas, and round parchment paper to build them on. Simply put the pizza directly into the oven, parchment paper and all. With our quick-rise yeast dough and 10-minute cooking time you’ll have a nutritious meal in half an hour along with a fun cooking experience!

Our Pizza Kits are made at the Blue Ridge Food Ventures certified commercial kitchen in Asheville. No preservatives and a 6-month shelf life, requires no refrigeration. The Gluten Free dough is ELISA tested with every run. For more information on ingredients, etc, see their website at gallolea.com.
