We make our sourdough starter with boiled potatoes, not dried potato flakes. This mild sourdough bread has a wonderful aroma and texture. It's perfect for breakfast, lunchtime sandwiches, or supper. Each loaf weighs more than a pound.
The ingredients include our homemade sour potato starter; unbleached, unbromated, enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid); potato water; sugar; oil; salt; and yeast.
