Twin Creeks Farms

Twin Creeks Farms is a 5th generation family farm in Carvers Creek, NC. We raise and sell chickens for layers and for meat, forage finished beef and pastured pork Our chickens are fed a diet containing no animal by-products, and our cattle are produced without hormones or routine antibiotics. Hogs are fed a diet free of animal protiens and byproducts.  We make our feed on the farm with a grinder mixer powered by a tractor.  Most of our customers are families who are interested in having fresh, healthy food from a local source. We have been in agriculture in some fashion most of our lives. Wesley holds a BS in Poultry Science from NC State, Edward works in agriculture consulting with a BS in Soil Science from NC State. We do most of our own building, trade work, mechanic work and fabrication on our farm. Some things are cutting edge, some are stone age, we glean ideas from everywhere. The Good Stuff: All of our meats are  federally inspected, weighed and vacuum packed. We have a Meat Handlers Certificate from the Dept of Agriculture and they have inspected our storage facility.
