Honeysuckle Farm

Honeysuckle Farm is a small independent growing operation in Wilmington NC that began as an experiment. I use organic practices in my growing. I mix my own soil mixture and grow everything in beds or containers instead of planting directly in the ground. This allows for better use of space and the ability to utilize companion planting to a greater degree than would be possible otherwise.

I began growing several years ago after becoming disgusted with the amount of chemicals and additives put into the food we eat and drink... and seeing so many family members and friends diagnosed with a variety of cancers.

I also enjoy cooking and to me there is no comparison in taste between what I grow and what is trucked in the grocery store.

I'll be updating quantities often based on what I will have available to pick on Tuesdays/Wednesdays.

Winter Update: I have kale, collards, mustard, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cauliflower and lettuces in quantities that I can sell. If you are interested in one or more items in small quantities, please contact me and I can add it to the farm inventory so you can purchase... otherwise I'll have lots of good things ready for you in early spring.
