Porterhouse

This beef is from purebred Angus which are world renowned for their superior marbling, juiciness, tenderness and flavor. This is beef that was pasture raised and finished on grass without added hormones or antibiotics.  After a 21 day aging process the beef is cut, vacuum packed and frozen to preserve its freshness and taste. These steaks come 1 to the pack and are cut 1 1/4in. thick.  Just like the T-Bone but with the whole filet mignon still attached.
