Ground Beef

Ground Beef from Twin Creeks Farms is a lean, aged, forage raised and finished product from our own herd here in Bladen County.  We take great care to produce beef that has no added hormones and no unnecessary antibiotics.  Williamsburg Packing Company processed this beef, they are a USDA inspected facility.   This beef vacuum packed.   If you want a 1" thick burger, make a 1" thick burger, it doesn't cook down and leave a greasy mess like other beef.  Each package is one pound or a tad more.
