Coconut Macaroons-gluten-free!

This is my interpretation of the ultimate coconut encounter. Crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside nothing but uninterrupted coconut. While these are made with absolutely zero flour, these are produced in a bakery where there is flour so people with severe gluten reactions should not indulge as there might be flour in the air, etc..
